The hotel's location is perfect for those travelling by car, with easy access to the railway and bus stations. Situated in the heart of the city between two important streets, everything is sure to be within reach. the room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a decent selection. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there are a few facilities available to enhance the stay.
Some guests have reported issues with customer service and maintenance.

We got great value for our money, since we caught a good deal on Booked.net. Staff is great, location excellent, very good and prompt service, good breakfast (attention North Americans: don't expect the classic bacon and eggs.. you won't get it here, there is a mild attempt at that, but nothing like you're used to.. which is great, it will save you a few cholesterol points). In short, great place if you get a good deal.
Difficult to regulate room temperature. It was too warm in the room even after we turned of the thermostat completely. However, you can open the windows and you'll be fine.

I loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city and getting around was easy, with great transportation options nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the hotel facilities were excellent. I was especially impressed with the breakfast, which was delicious and always served on time. The staff were fantastic too – always friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
Nothing could have been better.

The room was quiet during the night, and the hotel is located well (within one block of 9th of July Avenue and short distances from pedestrian shops + restaurant-filled streets Florida and Lavalle)..
Staff was not successful in getting my air conditioning adequate for 80°F and warmer weather. The frigobar also never kept any of contents lower than about 55°F despite change to coldest settings. The room did not contain a comfortable easy chair for reading or watching TV. The room rates seemed high for carnival weekend (an unexpected holiday government-sanctioned this year after 35 years as unofficial) and the days around St. Patrick's Day.

They have only one computer for use and the breakfast was poor and the same all time.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel! Right in the heart of the city, there is so much to do and explore just a short walk away. Whether it's grabbing a drink at a bar across the street or catching a show at a nearby theater, everything you need is right at your fingertips. The cozy rooms and comfortable beds provided a perfect place to retreat and rest after a long day of exploring. We highly recommend staying here for at least four days to truly enjoy the beauty and excitement of this vibrant city.
With its fantastic location and luxurious rooms, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting this exciting city.

Position, courtesy of the staff.
They gave me a smoking room while I have booked a non smoking. The smell wasn't so good

Great location close to many restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations for activities and dining. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options, including fresh fruits and pastries.
The room could use some updates, especially the tile work in the bathroom. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking.

Excellent location in Microcentro, staff were very friendly. Room was fine, but not the most modern. Breakfast buffet was good, lots of fruit/breads some hot food (eggs, sausage).

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the hotel. The room we got was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We were just a short walk away from popular attractions like Recoleta and Puerto Madero. The surrounding area was also bustling with bars and restaurants, giving us plenty of dining options. we had a good experience at Bisonte Palace. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
